One on One Coaching

For 6 weeks or 12 weeks:
- I help you become more self-aware
- I help you figure out the best foods for your body
- I help you gain mental clarity
- I help you develop a routine you can stick with
- I help you have a TON OF FUN during the process
Food is extremely personal and so is your schedule. Each week we come up with 1-3 goals and focus on just those. Everything is created specifically for your needs.
One-on-One Coaching includes:
a 60-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and created a personalized game plan
6 or 12 x 30-minute coaching sessions (virtual via Zoom)
Unlimited Voxer Support during the duration of the program
