April 2016 I came home with two trophies in my first ever

NPC Bikini Level Body Building competition.

 

I never felt more proud.

I pushed myself way beyond what I thought I was capable of.

 

I loved how my body changed.

I was officially obsessed with lifting weights!

 

So of course I took it a step further.

2017 I received my Personal Fitness Certification from the ISSA.

 

Now I get to help YOU get comfortable in the gym!

What to expect:

  • Week 1: 3x full bodyworkouts with machines & dumbbells + 1x cardio (4 total workouts) 

  • Week 2: 3x full bodyworkouts with machines & dumbbells + 1x cardio + 1x stretching or yoga (5 total workouts)

  • Week 3: 4x body specific workouts (legs, glutes, back + biceps, shoulders triceps + chest)  + 1x cardio + 1x stretching or yoga (6 total workouts)

  • Week 4: 4x body specific workouts (legs, glutes, back + biceps, shoulders triceps + chest) + 1x cardio + 1x stretching or yoga (6 total workouts)

 

  • videos showing proper form

  • feedback on your form

  • insight on how to build a workout program

  • learn how to count macros

  • 2x 30 minute sessions with me
