Scorpio Lunar Eclipse Full Moon Ritual - May 5, 2023



The moon will become officially full at 1:36pm eastern time in the sign of Scorpio on May 5.


This full moon is actually a Lunar Eclipse.

Eclipse season can feel intense and the full moon being in scorpio can bring in strong emotional energy.


This is a time to release emotions you have been keeping in.

You may find yourself becoming aware of things you haven’t seen or you haven’t wanted to look at - this all needs your attention right now.

Allow yourself to contemplate what is going on within yourself and be open to finding humor in it when you can - this doesn’t have to be serious or heavy - you can make this light hearted and incorporate playfulness.

You may find yourself struggling with how to express your emotions - with this full moon it will feel easier to let it out.


Things may be happening in your life where you don’t feel like you have control but you are being taken along for the ride.


You may be in the midst of a transformation, where things just feel unclear and you are fearful of what is to come.

The bigger picture will start to become clearer.


Remember everything is happening for you not to you so have trust and focus your mind on the outcomes you desire.


This is a time to release old perspectives - of yourself, wounds, relationships, etc.

The more you release the old you are making room for the new.


Get clear on what habits are keeping you stuck or pulling you in a direction that is draining.

Come up with practical solutions to help you change the old habits and create new ones.


The energy with this moon is truly helping you to shift your life in a new direction.

Don’t shy away from doing the work or feeling things deeply - it all serves a purpose and life will look different as you continue to grow.


Allow yourself to be reborn with this energy.

I invite my loving team, the universe, the full moon energy, and any other loving energy that would like to join into this space. I ask this space to feel safe, welcoming, and supportive. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

MEDITATION

Please get comfortable - take a deep breath - place one hand right above your belly button and one hand over your heart - imagine yourself as this new version of you who is free from everything you just released - feel your body and soul feeling lighter - connect in with how it now feels to be reborn into this newer version of you.


Over the next 10 minutes allow yourself to relax and be open to receiving any guidance.

I invite you to bring your hands back to your hand and above your belly button - feel the life force inside of you - I am trusting of my path - I am reborn - I am free - I am open - I am embracing all of me.
