• Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

• Exchange: We will replace the returned item with a product of equal value from our store.
• Refund: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
