The moon will become officially full at 5:58am EST in Pisces on September 10.
With full moons we typically experience heightened emotions, creativity, and sometimes feelings of tension.
This is an opportunity to reflect on what is not working in your life so you can begin to make changes.
Full moons also help expedite the manifestation of goals.
This full moon is all about tuning in to your intuition.
Allow yourself to focus on your internal world while also finding a balance of maintaining your daily habits/ physical world.
Right now is a good time to develop consistency in anything that you feel strongly about
This full moon is gently pushing us in the direction of any change we need to make.
If there is something you’ve been working toward, but haven’t yet given your all to - this is a time to give more energy toward that goal.
Be open to new opportunities and blessings flowing in.
This is a really good time to connect in with your imagination and create.
Give yourself the space to envision your life and your world as you’d like to see it.
Don’t be surprised if you are feeling a bit of confusion during this time - with the energy there is a little bit of feeling unsure on what direction you should go in.
Allow yourself to brain dump all your different ideas and take action when you feel you are ready and that action will help you in your bigger picture.
Keep in mind, emotions may be heightened - remember to take a deep breath whenever you are feeling overwhelmed by emotions.
Also remember other people may be feeling more deeply right now too.
The more love, grace, and compassion you can show up with the better.
Release all worries about things that are out of your control.
Be flexible and remain open to newness.
With this energy, don’t force yourself to push on - allow yourself to slow down and rest - striving for a balance between the two.
Mercury will be going retrograde on September 9.
This means communication may be a bit more challenging and you could experience issues with technology.
It is always a good idea to not sign any new contracts or buy new technology during mercury retrograde.
Now this isn’t the case for everyone as not all of us feel the impact of mercury retrograde, but if you are experiencing hiccups don’t push against it - ease up and let everything unfold at the perfect time.
Overall with this full moon energy, be open to allowing your intuitive self to guide you as you connect in with your physical body.

Use the line exercise - hands in prayer - Ashley Wood from her book The Line - line activation
Hands in prayer like position - above crown of head - inches away - out infront of body so when moving hands won’t touch body - take a few deep breaths in through nose and out of mouth (or whatever you prefer thats comfortable) - close eyes hands up - take couple deep breaths - move hands very very slowly while breathing in through nose - down front of body all the way until part where hands begin to separate around midsection - exhale and move hands up - breathe for count of 4-6 - slow down - breath teacher - repeat 3-4x

Let’s write to the full moon - sharing whatever is on your heart - maybe getting clear about consistent action you can take - whatever you need in this moment to share with someone else.
Take a deep breath in - imagine your dream life in your ideal world - connect into how you feel with those images - whenever your mind wonders come back to these images.
